- User Media Assets: We temporarily store the raw videos you upload, along with generated transcripts, cut clips, descriptions, captions, and hashtag metadata.
- Billing & Transaction Details: For subscription payments, transactions are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store credit card or bank details on our servers.
3. How We Use Your Data
We process your data strictly to execute the services you command, including:
- Authenticating your account and keeping your system workspace secure.
- Transcribing your long-form video files and generating high-accuracy captions.
- Using AI algorithms to select high-virality clips from your uploads.
- Automatically scheduling and publishing clips to your chosen social profiles.
- Managing subscription billing via Razorpay and notifying you of plan updates.
We explicitly guarantee that we do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data to third-party advertisers or brokers.
4. Secure Third-Party Integrations
To deliver a state-of-the-art content engine, we securely integrate with trusted enterprise providers:
- Supabase: Our secure database host, which handles user credentials, profile records, and API tokens with strict row-level encryption.
- OpenAI APIs: We use OpenAI to transcribe speech to text, generate creative Hinglish/English captions, and calculate viral content hooks.
- Razorpay: Standard payment gateway processing in India. All transactions comply with PCI-DSS guidelines.
5. Meta and YouTube API Compliance
Our platform relies on official developer APIs to publish content on your behalf:
Meta API & WhatsApp API Compliance
We utilize the Meta Graph API to read Instagram page handles and post short-form Reels. When you connect your Instagram account:
• We only request the minimum required permissions (e.g. `instagram_basic`, `instagram_content_publish`).
• Your OAuth access tokens are encrypted and strictly isolated using database-level security policies.
• WhatsApp Business API integrations are utilized strictly in accordance with Meta Business and Developer Policies to send you account updates.
Google & YouTube API Compliance
Our video posting engine is fully compliant with the YouTube API Services Terms of Service and Developer Policies. We store only required access tokens for posting videos. You can review Google's privacy protocols at Google Privacy Policy.
6. User Rights & Data Deletion Policy
You maintain full ownership of your data, videos, and social connections at all times. You have the right to request deletion of all stored information:
- Disconnecting Accounts: You can instantly revoke our access to your Instagram, LinkedIn, or YouTube profile directly from the Connections tab in the app.
- Self-Service Account Deletion: You can completely delete your account from the Settings page. Doing so instantly and permanently purges all your profile records, Supabase database rows, API access tokens, and stored media files.
- Manual Requests: If you cannot access your dashboard, you can request full account deletion by emailing support@buildwithautomation.com. We will complete the deletion process and verify compliance within 48 hours.
7. Data Security
We implement robust, modern security protocols to guard your parameters. All network transfers are encrypted using industry-standard SSL/TLS connections. User credential hashes and OAuth access tokens are securely managed with Row-Level Security (RLS) on Supabase. Although no digital transfer is 100% immune, we apply enterprise-grade practices to keep your data secure.
