If you do not agree to all of these terms, you are explicitly prohibited from using the platform and must cease operations immediately.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Changes take effect instantly upon being posted on this URL.
2. Description of Services
Build With Automation offers an advanced SaaS platform allowing creators and businesses in India to automate content marketing:
• AI Video Clipping: Transcribing long video file uploads and selecting short moments.
• Captioning: Creating automated text captions and hashtag lists.
• Scheduling & Auto-Posting: Utilizing official Meta (Instagram), LinkedIn, and YouTube APIs to schedule and post short clips.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access our platform solely for your business or personal content creation purposes.
3. Account Eligibility & Token Security
To use our platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- You must be at least 18 years of age or possess legal business authorization.
- You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete registration details.
- You are completely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
- You are responsible for all actions taken under your account using API tokens connected to your social profiles.
4. Subscription Payments & Razorpay Processing
Build With Automation offers free trial tiers along with premium paid subscription plans:
- Monthly Subscription: Priced at ₹2,999/month. Recurring charges are processed automatically every month unless cancelled by you.
- Lifetime Plan: A one-time payment of ₹9,999 for lifetime access to standard features. No recurring fees apply.
- Payment Gateway: All financial transactions on our platform are processed securely via **Razorpay** under PCI-DSS compliance protocols.
- Taxes: All payments are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of standard local taxes (GST) where applicable.
5. 30-Day Refund Guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with our content automation engine. To ensure absolute peace of mind, we offer a standard refund agreement:

• Refunds are processed immediately and returned to your original payment source via Razorpay within 5-7 business days.
6. Acceptable Use Guidelines
You agree to use our platform strictly within legal and ethical boundaries. You are prohibited from:
- Uploading videos that contain illegal, defamatory, pornographic, or copyrighted content that you do not own.
- Using automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to copy or overload our platform infrastructure.
- Attempting to bypass security blocks, reverse-engineer our AI tools, or execute malicious cross-site scripting.
- Violating Meta's Developer Policies, LinkedIn Platform rules, or YouTube Community Guidelines.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
OUR PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DEVSTACKLOGIC AND BUILD WITH AUTOMATION DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FIT FOR PURPOSE AND MERCHANTABILITY.
We rely on third-party networks and official social media APIs. We do not guarantee that social media algorithms will favor your content, nor are we liable if external platforms temporarily restrict or block your page due to rapid automatic posting or custom platform policy changes. Our total liability under any circumstances is capped at the total fees paid by you to us in the 3 preceding months.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
As our company operates primarily in India and caters natively to Indian content creators:
- These Terms of Service are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the **Republic of India**.
- Any disputes, conflicts, or legal claims arising out of your use of the platform shall be resolved exclusively within the courts of **Pune, Maharashtra, India**.
